We are offering a free WEEK PASS for all pastoral staff (non-transferable) to acknowledge and honor the contribution that pastoral staff make to the spiritual growth of brothers and sisters. 

To receive the free WEEK PASS, please register in our system first, but do not submit payment. Instead, email us at cccwc.registrar@gmail.com using your church email address along with your pastoral title and WCDID #. The Registration team will then waive your registration fee if qualified.

Note: Pastoral Staff Discounts are reserved only for pastors actively serving in a pastoral role in a church; parachurches and volunteer pastors are not included.

If you prefer to register full-time, register for a full-time pass by September 30, 2025, and we will waive your $55.00 double occupancy charge.
