How does the roommate request work?

On the registration form, you may enter up to 3 names for roommate request. Family members (3-4) who wish to stay in the same room must request each other on the roommate request section. If no roommate is requested, the Planning Committee will make the room assignment for the delegate. The majority of the rooms will accommodate 4 people.

如何要求與某人同房？

每名與會者最多可以提出與三個人同房。請在報名表上填上要求同房者的名字。家庭成員要求同房，必須於每名成員的報名表上，填上其他成員的名字。未有填寫同房要求的參加者，將由大會安排房間。大部份房間為 4人房。

Can we change rooms?

The Planning Committee will do its best to assign rooms based on needs and requests. Any delegate found, however, to have changed rooms without prior approval from the Registrar may result in a suspension of their privileges to attend the Conference.

我可否轉換房間？

大會將盡量按各人的需要及要求分配房間。參加者未經註冊部許可擅自掉換房間，可被終止與會資格。

Why are there limits to the number of people who can register for workshops?

These restrictions are due to room size limitations and fire code regulations. Workshop registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you have already registered and later wish to change workshops, please e-mail your local representative at their respective email address.

為何研習班有人數上限？

基於消防條例和課室大小，大會必須為各研習班設定人數上限。研習班名額先到先得，請盡早報名。如果你於註冊後想更改原先報讀的研習班，請電郵至你所屬分區的地區代表。

Other than registering with the online registration system, is there any other way for me to register?

You can register with the paper registration method. Download the Registration Form from the Form section in the website. If you are registering with the paper registration method, you need to provide:

I registered online already. How do I hand in the completed Waiver, Release And Indemnity Agreement (one each for all delegates) and Parent/Guardian Approval and Conference Guardian Declaration Form (only for delegates under the age of 18 as of December 27, 2011)?

Upon completing the registration online, download the Waiver, Release And Indemnity Agreement or the Parent/Guardian Approval and Conference Guardian Declaration Form in the Downloads > Forms section in the website. Sign the Waiver Form and mail it to the Planning Committee. The address is:

我已經在網上報名，我可以怎樣遞交已完成的免責書(每位報名者各一份)及家長／合法監護人及令會監護人同意書 ( 於2011年12月27日仍未滿18歲者) 給註冊部？

所有參加者均必須遞交免責書。完成網上註冊後，請到網頁的表格下載區，下載免責書 (Waiver, Release And Indemnity Agreement)。於2011年12月27日仍未滿18歲者須同時下載家長 / 合法監護人及冬令會監護人同意書 (Parent/Guardian Approval and Conference Guardian Declaration Form)。填妥並簽署後，郵寄至以下地址給籌委會：

Do I have to volunteer?

Volunteering is not mandatory. However, to run a conference this size, volunteers serve an important role in ensuring the conference runs smoothly. Prayerfully consider how you may serve God and your fellow brothers and sisters at this year's conference. If the Holy Spirit leads you to volunteer, kindly select a volunteer position(s) when you register. Note: Only full time delegates can volunteer for certain positions.

我必須在冬令會中事奉嗎？

大會不會強制要求各人在令會中事奉。但由於與會人數眾多，歷屆令會之順利運作，均有賴弟兄姊妹參與事奉。懇請認真考慮在令會中事奉神及事奉弟兄姊妹，於事奉職位表上選擇一個（或多個）事奉職份。請注意：某些職位只供全時間參加者選擇。

I am not from Kelowna, how do I get to The Delta Grand Okanagan Resort and Conference Centre in Kelowna?

The Conference does not officially organize transportation. Contact the local representatives in your region/city to see what transportation is being organized (bus, plane, etc. in your region). The conference planning committee, board of directors, and helpers are not responsible for any injury or damages which may occur through these group organized transportations.

令會不提供交通服務。請聯絡地區代表，了解地區代表所自行準備的集體交通（巴士，航空等）。大會（包括籌委會，理事會等）不為集體或個人交通安全負法律責任。

Are there any conference or transportation subsidy?

Delegates attending the Conference and in need of financial assistance may apply for financial subsidy. Only full time delegates will be considered for financial assistance. The amount set aside is limited and any subsidy awarded is determined on a case-by-case basis. The Financial Subsidy Application Form can be found under the Form section. All delegates must pay in full prior to arriving at the conference and will not receive any notification of subsidy award until the first day of the conference.

Delegates are urged to first apply for financial subsidy from their local church.

大會有提供令會及交通津貼嗎？

有經濟困難的參加者可以向大會申請津貼。津貼只供全時間參加者申請。因大會資源所限，申請審批須按個別情況決定。津貼申請表可在網頁內的表格下載區下載。所有參加者必須於註冊時先繳付全費，大會將於令會進行首日通知申請人津貼是否獲批。

大會鼓勵參加者先查詢所屬教會有否提供津貼。

I am 15 years old; must I have a guardian in order to attend the conference?

All minors who are under the age of 18 as of December 27, 2011 must have a parent or conference guardian present during the conference. The conference guardian attending the conference must be over the age of 25 and can only be responsible for a maximum of 8 minors (including their own child/children). These guidelines are in place in order to ensure that there is an adequate number of adult supervision for minors attending the conference.

所有未成年人士（即於2011年12月27日當日未滿18歲的參加者），必須由父母或令會監護人陪同與會。令會監護人必須年滿25歲或以上，最多只能負責8名未成年人士，包括其子女在內，以確保與會的未成年人士得到充份監管與照顧。
